Are you signed up to our online service?
This facility will allow you to book and cancel appointments or order repeat prescriptions at any time. You can already see some of the information in your GP online records, including your medications and allergies. During the next year you will be able to see even more. This will include illnesses, immunisations and test results.
If you would like to get started give the surgery a call and we can deal with your request over the phone this will give you access to your repeat prescriptions and book appointments. If you would like access to your detail coded record, all we ask is that you complete the form and bring into the surgery with a form of photo ID and you can start right away. Please speak to any Receptionist about getting yourself set up.

Electronic Prescriptions:
Did you also know we can send prescriptions electronically to a Chemist of your choice? This can not only save you a journey to the surgery but is reassurance for when you are away from home. Please let us know which chemist you would like us to send the prescriptions to and we will note it on your medical record.
The NHS wants to make sure you and your family have the best care now and in the future. Your health and adult social care information supports your individual care. It also helps us to research, plan and improve health and care services in England.
There are very strict rules on how this data can and cannot be used, and you have clear data rights. We are committed to keeping patient information safe and will always be clear on how it is used.
You can choose whether or not your confidential patient information is used for research and planning.

DID YOU KNOW?
In the month of November 107 people did not attend their nurse appointment.
This equates to 27 hours of clinical time wasted. If you no longer require your appointment please contact the surgery. In times of increasing demand it is important that these appointments can be offered to another patient.
Thank you
